AESTHETIC SELF PILATES STUDIO THAT CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT + FREE OATSIDE? 🤯
Hello ~~ Recently i went for a self pilates studio for the first time & here’s my review! There are so few self pilates studios (they might be the only one idk) but the concept is so cool. No one judging you & you can also take longer breaks in between by pausing the vid!
There are so many class options, literally from full body workouts to HIIT to even classes for runners 🏃♀️??? I chose an intermediate class for sculpt and stretch bc i wanted to focus on abs and glutes and the burn is insane… 😮💨
Everything you need (Dumbbells , balls and rings) is provided & the whole video is really well explained so it’s really easy to follow along.
Beginners- There’s a short tutorial on how to use the reformer & there are beginner friendly classes so if you’re looking to kickstart your pilates journey, you can also start here!
Cleanliness 🫧🧹
Super clean and well maintained esp cause they are new. Disposable covers for headphones, wipes, and disposable towels for showering are provided 🚿 Also, there’s shower rooms and toilets available! Aesop shampoo btw 😏 (last slide)
One thing to note is that when lying down, the headphones do get in the way of the shoulder pads 😞 but other than that it’s really comfy and I kinda forgot that i was wearing headphones 🎧
Booking is super easy, just go to their website to select a reformer and time. A QR code is given to enter ~~

I especially appreciate the variety of classes available—from sculpting and stretching to more intense HIIT sessions and special routines tailored for runners. This diversity means you can target specific body parts or fitness goals without feeling boxed in.
Booking is a breeze through their website, allowing you to pick your preferred reformer and time slot, which really fits into a busy schedule. The studio stays open from 7am to midnight, so whether you want to start your day strong or wind down with some evening exercise, Pod Pilates accommodates your lifestyle.
One standout feature is the attention to hygiene and comfort. I loved that there are disposable headphone covers, wipes, and Aesop shampoo provided free in the shower rooms. It truly feels like a boutique experience. The only minor hiccup I noticed was the headphones sometimes interfering when lying down with shoulder pads, but it didn’t disrupt the flow much.
For those curious about extras, they also have quirky Pod Pilates blind box socks for sale, adding a bit of fun to your fitness routine. Plus, the free oatside snack is a delightful bonus post-workout treat.
Overall, if you’re looking for a flexible, clean, and well-equipped self-pilates studio that respects your pace and privacy while offering high-quality classes, Pod Pilates on Rangoon Road is worth checking out. It’s a fresh take on Pilates, perfect for those who want control over their workout in a welcoming setting.
Is shower part of the hourly booking?
