Stop Procrastinating!! If Not Now When?

Hey lemon heads! I of course made working out a New Year’s resolution. I’m on month 3 and I’m proud of myself❤️

I weighed in at 189pounds in January. Currently at 177. My goal weight right now is 170 pounds. I’m 5’8 incase you were wondering.

At the moment I only do cardio treadmill or stair-master.

I originally weighed 215lbs and was able to get down to 165lbs. Then I stopped working out , started back eating crazy,and all the way back up to 186lbs. 🤣smh

Advice: Focus on cardio, counting calories, and eating healthier. Don’t have cheat 🍔🌮🍕🍕days they will just hold you back.

I did try to incorporate weight lifting but start seeing unwanted gains. I’m no professional but I lost the weight myself and cardio is what I did to get there last time.
