I have really bad allergies in the spring and summer and I don’t know what to do about theses rashes they are really painful and itchy! I’ve tried Benadryl calamine lotion supplements basically everything Any recommendations?

Boil water and add about 2 1/2 tbsp. per cup. Let me just say u won’t regret making it it’s great hot and cold!!
