What make up brand should I use?

I currently use Elf and I’m not impressed! I used to use cheap brands from Walmart but they never stayed and left me my skin feeling icky, so I ordered a crap ton of Elf products and now it leaves me super dry and doesn’t blend! I have no idea what to use since my face is naturally dry! I wash
