Best Workouts for Beginners 💪🏻🌸

Hey all! I have been steadily working out for a couple years now and I still feel like I have NO clue what i’m doing sometimes. I wanted to make this little guide for beginners who feel completely lost, because I wish I had that when I started!! I just did a basic OVERALL arm day, OVERALL leg day, and Ab/Core day. Including breaks in between, each workout will probably take about 40 minutes to an hour! I also included some beginner tips to keep in mind while starting:)

Each workout covers the major muscles to focus on while working out so you’re hitting everything in one workout!
