SUPPLEMENTS ARE SO IMPORTANT
I have done life with them, I have done life without them. After you get into a consistent routine they become your favorite part of your day.
Ashwagandha-I take one in the morning and one at night. I feel like this helps me sleep best and also gives me a relaxed energy to start the day with.
Women’s multivitamin-I am just started taking this particular brand. I’ll probably switch back over to a chewy gummy next month just because it’s fun to me to get to enjoy a little sweet treat in the morning.
Probiotics/PreBiotics- LEMME is the BEST BRAND I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. My bloating? Gone. My smell? Lovely. ✨ 10/10 recommend and I am obsessed with them
Fish oil I recently just started taking fish oil again. I should’ve never stopped. My skin was at its best when I was taking it every single day so I’m hoping to see some improvement from adding it back into my routine.
Vitamin C-so important for this time of year and all year round enough said
Magnesium-this has been the biggest game changer for me as I am very physically active. I was struggling with sore muscles and sleep difficulties/waking up multiple times a night and ever since I started taking magnesium about a month ago I’ve never slept more peacefully, or just felt an overall sense of peace
