INGREDIENTS

2-12 0z New York Strips

6-7 Small to Medium Red Potatoes

1-10 0z. Bag of Spinach

3 Cloves of Garlic

1 Shallot

Fresh Parsley Flakes

+ Tbsp Kerrygold Butter

3 Thsp Kerrygold Garlic Herb Butter

2.5 0z. Boursin Cheese (Garlic & Herb)

Heavy Cream

Olive Oil

Kosher Salt

Coarse Black Pepper

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Smoked Paprika

Italian Seasoning

Kinders Caramelized Onion Butter

Fresh Rosemary

DIRECTIONS

1. Wash, peel, and slice potatoes. Add them to a pot of heavily salted water & boil on medium-high heat, until fork tender (about 20 min)

2. Drain potatoes & add Boursin Cheese, Garlic Herb Butter, Fresh Chopped Parsley and season to taste w/ kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, & onion powder. Add in heavy cream, mash with a potato masher and mix/blend until creamy lexture

3. Wash, pat dry, & slice your steak into medium size pieces, add to a bowl w/ olive oil & 2 cloves of minced garlic, season to taste w/ black pepper, kosher salt. garlic powder, onion powder, caramelized onion butter. smoked paprika and italian seasoning, Mix well

4. To a medium size skillet on medium to high heat, add olive oil and your steak bites, cook until your desired doneness. Half way through add + tbsp of butter, fresh rosemary and baste your steak bites, remove from heat & set aside

5. Mince your shallots. To a medium size skillet add olive oil & 1 tbsp of butter, add i clove of minced garlic & your shallots. Add your spinach and saute until wilted & fragrant. Add kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder & onion powder.

6. Plate & Enjoy
