Come w/me to the Gym

Today was my first day back to the gym! I stopped a while ago because I was busy with school and life, but I decided to start going again cause I’m honestly bored and need to socialize. Anyways I don’t have any goals like weight loss though I wouldn’t mind losing weight or anything. For me weight loss and being healthy has always been hard cause like many others I struggle with body issues lol I always say I have an unhealthy relationship with being healthy. Whenever I put expectations like weight loss onto something it completely sucks the joy out of it for me. Also I do genuinely enjoy moving my body it’s fun to push myself and I like getting stronger so that’s motivation. So I’m just doing it cause it’s fun and I have nothing to do when I’m not working on my business and school. This was a long way for saying I’m a fat gym rat.

Also I don’t have a particular routine. Like I do, but I don’t at the same time. It’s all up to what my body can handle and listening to my body when I feel like I’ve done enough. But if you want me to share my “routine” I can.
