My Mother and I ๐
Motherโs Day in my country is tommorow. I wanna tell you a bit about my Mom and how awesome she is. She immigrated to America when she was just a child but struggled to make friends since English wasnโt her first language. She used to get harassed all the time because of her differences from other people.
It made her very protective of me. She always stood up for me whenever I got bullied in school and always made me feel safe. This Motherโs Day since I finally can start buying my own things, I am treating her to lunch soon! We are doing it together tomorrow. She has never been to this restaurant so I hope she enjoys it.
My Mom never had time to go out with her friends, go drinking, clubbing, etc. like a typical 20 y/o. She sacrificed everything to make sure she raised a couple good eggs. I wanna make sure she knows how much I love and appreciate her <3
