Here are some of my favorite journal prompt ideas! I love journaling because it allows me to reflect on myself and it just feels better to get my emotions out.

REFLECTIONS

You basically reflect on yourself and your life and how you feel about them. It is so important that you reflect on these things, especially writing them down because it allows you to process those thoughts and feelings.

GRATITUDE

I absolutely adore cultivating gratitude in my life. It generally increases your mood and appreciation for everything you have in life!

MINDFULNESS

If you know me, then you definitely know that I love meditation and mindfulness. I think being mindful lets you really live in the present and just enjoy the moment you're in.

CREATIVITY

We all have a creative outlet somewhere, whether it's writing, painting, sculpting, or anything! If you don't think you have a creative hobby, maybe try a new one!

PERSONAL
