THESE PODCASTS WILL CHANGE YOUR MINDSET FOR GOOD🎧🎀
There are hundreds of podcasts out there and sometimes you don’t know which to choose unless you listen to one or more of their episodes. And that will hold you back from trying new ones cause lets be honest some will be disappointing after wasting minutes if not hours of your day.
I have tried more podcasts than I can count but I always come back to these four.
1. The mindset mentor by Rob Dial: if you ask me to choose just one podcast for fixing your mindset, I would 100% choose this without second thoughts. His episodes are not long, they get straight to the point and you actually learn a lot from them.
2. The morning ritual by Lilly Balch: I mostly listen to this one in the morning going to class or just to set the day right. She has meditations stretching sessions and mindful moments. I highly recommend this one as part of your morning routine.
3. Trying not to care by Ashely Corbo: the love I have for this girl is unmatched. One of the reasons I love her podcasts is because they’re relatable, especially if you’re in your 20’s. She is my literal safe space. I listen to her whenever I feel lost or down it just does the job.
4. The psychology of your 20’s by Jenna Sbeg: the name explains a lot for this one. There’s an episode for most of the struggles you go through. As someone in her 20’s, I know how tough it can get with comparing, feeling behind others and all of that stuff so I highly recommend this one too.
