For example, feeling 'brainfried' often meant I needed to take a break from constant stimuli and give myself a moment of quiet. Emotional drain usually signaled unresolved stresses, so I started journaling my feelings and sought support from friends or professionals. Balancing busy weeks—what I often called '#whataweek' moments—required me to prioritize self-care and set boundaries, even when it felt challenging. Incorporating short mindfulness exercises and ensuring quality sleep routines had a surprisingly positive impact. Sometimes, simply acknowledging the fatigue and not pushing through with guilt made all the difference. If you find yourself always tired and emotionally drained, try small steps: hydrate, take breaks from screens, connect with someone you trust, and allow yourself time to rest without pressure. Everyone’s journey with fatigue is personal, but sharing our experiences and methods can make the path easier to navigate.
