The combination of BBQ sauce and Alfredo sauce really elevates the flavor profile—BBQ sauce adds a smoky, tangy note while Alfredo sauce brings creamy richness, creating a delicious contrast. When I make naan pizza, I typically start by preheating the oven to around 400°F (200°C). I lightly toast the naan to prevent it from becoming soggy once the sauces and toppings are added. Then, I spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce, followed by the cooked and seasoned ground turkey. After that, I drizzle some BBQ sauce and sprinkle sliced purple onions on top. Baking the pizza for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and toppings are heated through gives the perfect balance of crispy and soft textures.
