การเดินทางขับรถจากกรุงเทพฯไปเขาค้อโดยใช้เวลาประมาณ 7 ชั่วโมงนั้น อาจดูเหมือนนานแต่สำหรับเราแล้วถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก เพราะได้สัมผัสกับอากาศบริสุทธิ์และโอโซนระดับดีมากที่เขาค้อซึ่งหาได้ยากในเมืองใหญ่ นอกจากวิวที่สวยงามแล้ว บรรยากาศของที่พักอย่าง Mimoza Resort ยังช่วยเติมเต็มประสบการณ์การพักผ่อนได้อย่างแท้จริง ความประทับใจที่มากกว่าแค่ที่พัก คือการบริการที่อบอุ่นเหมือนอยู่บ้าน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการให้ข้อมูลที่ละเอียดตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนจองที่พักผ่านแอปพลิเคชันพร้อมขอวิดีโอคอลเพื่อยืนยันความถูกต้อง จนถึงการต้อนรับที่มีรีเซฟชันและพนักงานถือกระเป๋าช่วยส่งถึงห้อง อีกทั้งการสั่งเมนูอาหารผ่านไลน์และคิดเงินตอนเช็คเอาท์ทำให้ง่ายและสะดวกมาก ห้องพักที่เราเลือกคือห้อง A7 ราคากลางๆ แต่คุ้มค่ามาก เตียงนุ่มมากจนต้องบอกว่า "ดูดวิญญาณ" จริง ๆ เตียงนอนที่นุ่มสบายช่วยคลายเมื่อยล้าจากการเดินทาง ส่วนห้องน้ำก็สะอาดพร้อมฝักบัวน้ำอุ่นและ rain shower ที่ผ่อนคลายสุดๆ ด้วยบาธบอมบ์ที่มีให้ในอ่างอาบน้ำด้านนอกสร้างบรรยากาศโรแมนติกและสดชื่นได้ดีมาก วิวจากหน้าต่างห้องพักไม่มีสิ่งกีดขวางสายตา ได้เห็นภูเขาที่เขาค้อทอดตัวยาวสุดลูกหูลูกตา ความรู้สึกเหมือนมีธรรมชาติแวดล้อมโดยรอบเสริมความสงบและผ่อนคลาย นอกจากนี้ตอนเย็นยังมีบริการหมูกระทะให้สั่งมาทานในห้องชมวิว แต่ราคาค่อนข้างสูงเล็กน้อย ซึ่งเรารู้สึกว่าคุ้มค่ากับบรรยากาศและความสะดวกสบาย ในวันที่ฝนตกพรำๆ แต่ก็ได้อารมณ์หมอกจาง ๆ เพิ่มเสน่ห์ให้กับทริปนี้ ในช่วงเช้าสามารถเลือกนั่งรถกอล์ฟไปทานอาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ที่มีครบทั้งขนมปัง แพนเค้ก สลัด และอาหารหลากหลายเมนู ทำให้มีพลังพร้อมเดินทางต่อไปเที่ยวที่อื่น สำหรับผู้ที่วางแผนจะไปเขาค้อแนะนำให้เตรียมตัวเรื่องการเช็คอินและเลือกที่พักที่เชื่อถือได้ เพราะปัจจุบันเพจปลอมระบาดเยอะอย่างที่เราเจอ การใช้วิธีขอวิดีโอคอลจากทางที่พักจะช่วยลดความเสี่ยงได้ นอกจากนี้ควรวางแผนการเดินทางให้เหมาะสมเพื่อไม่ให้เหนื่อยมาก จากประสบการณ์ครั้งนี้ Mimoza Resort ถือเป็นที่พักที่ตอบโจทย์คนที่ต้องการความสงบ บริการดี และบรรยากาศดีสำหรับการพักผ่อนในเขาค้อจริงๆ
