Re-potting my peppers 🌶️ 🫑
Others can have their own opinion, but I am living the life I prayed for. I hope I can get my peppers to produce, I'm sure I'll have to repot them again. I'm learning.. I'm no expert. #homeonwheels #rvlife #trailerpark #rvgardening #weoutside
Living the life in a trailer park and embracing the #homeonwheels and #rvlife lifestyle has taught me that gardening, especially growing peppers, brings a unique blend of joy and challenge. Repotting is a crucial step for successful pepper plant growth, especially when space and conditions vary as much as they do on the road. From my experience, choosing the right pot size and soil mix can greatly influence pepper yields. Smaller pots restrict root growth, so upgrading to a larger container ensures the roots have room to expand. Also, peppers thrive with good drainage and nutrient-rich soil. Adding organic compost and ensuring the pot has drainage holes helps prevent root rot. I've learned that peppers need plenty of sunlight, which can be tricky inside an RV or shaded trailer park spots. Positioning the pots where they get at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily has made a big difference. I use grow lights when sunlight is limited. Repotting also gives you a chance to check for pests and trim any unhealthy leaves. Patience is key because peppers can take time to flower and fruit, but watching my plants flourish reminds me why I love this lifestyle. Whether you’re new to gardening or a seasoned pro, being adaptable and learning from each repotting improves your chances of a bountiful harvest. My journey is ongoing, but each step helps me live the life I prayed for, growing peppers while embracing the freedom of trailer park living and outdoor adventures (#weoutside).
