Let's talk about Peppermint Tea first. Oh my goodness, this one is a lifesaver, especially after a big meal or when I just feel that uncomfortable bloat creeping in. I used to get so much gas and discomfort, but a warm cup of peppermint tea works wonders for easing those symptoms. Its natural compounds help relax the digestive muscles, which is fantastic for digestion and quickly bringing bloating relief. I've found it incredibly effective for reducing those post-meal puffs.
