Juicy! Juicy! This sound, this sound!! Hideaway hamburger that I want to eat in Fukushima

Found by the sea in Iwaki.

Honestly, I don't want to tell you.

The other day, I visited the town of Yotsukura in Waki City for a memorial service.

When I was looking at the beautifully restored Yotsukura Coast for a while, I saw a pretty pink trailer house on the other side of the breakwater.

The word written on the logo is "Kahuna."

When I looked it up, it was a hamburger house, so I decided to visit for lunch.

Once you step in, there is a blue wall that symbolically expresses the sea and sky along the coast. With surfboards on the ceiling, tin signs, cool photo displays, etc., there is a gorgeous yet relaxing adult diner space.

This time, I chose two dishes recommended by the shop.

Teppan Cheese Hamburger and Grilled Seasonal Vegetables

I chose the garlic sauce that was introduced on TV.

The moment you put the knife in the burger, the overflowing gravy touches the iron plate and further juicy feeling is greatly amplified! The scent of garlic that worked hard fills the room in an instant. If you eat a bite, the white rice goes at a ferocious speed, it is a gem suitable for one recommendation.

Napocheeseburg

It looks like a hamburger steak sleeping on a fluffy bed in Napolitan.

What surprised me was the richness of this Napolitan. It is not just a nostalgic ketchup taste, but a tremendous richness that seems to have added a hidden taste of butter to the original condensed taste of tomatoes. It is no exaggeration to say that the texture of the rich texture with cheese is exactly "Reiwa Shin Napolitan."

Both hamburgers use specially-selected minced meat from Onahama Yamasugi Shokuhin, and are particular about "unfrozen, special meat, special method, and burning." It is a nice point for adults that you can enjoy delicious and healthy with a lot of lean meat and moderate fat paste.

At the end, Tabasco is crisp and finished.

Cospa was also outstanding, and I met gourmet that was hard to obtain.

I plan to visit Iwaki again in August, so I definitely want to visit again.

私が行く前に気になって調べたのが「メニューはどんな感じ？」「レビュー的に本当に行く価値ある？」「四倉でハンバーグならどこ？」の3つ。実際に食べてみて、Kahuna（カフナ）は“海沿いドライブの目的地にしやすい洋食屋さん”でした。まず印象に残るのは外観。ピンクのトレーラーハウスで、ロゴにヤシの木と太陽、そして「ALOHA」。初見でもすぐ分かるし、写真映えも強いです。海を眺めたあとに立ち寄れる距離感で、気分転換のランチにちょうどいいと思いました。店内は水色〜ブルー系の壁で、天井にはサーフボード、ティンサインやフォトが飾られたダイナー空間。カジュアルなんだけど落ち着きもあって、ひとりでも入りやすい雰囲気でした（「NO SMOKING」の表示が見えて、煙が苦手な私には安心ポイント）。肝心の料理は、検索でもよく見かける“熱々鉄板”が本当に主役。鉄板チーズハンバーグは、ナイフを入れた瞬間に肉汁が溢れて鉄板でジュワッ…という音までごちそう。ガーリックソースを選ぶと香りのパンチが強くて、白米が欲しくなるタイプでした。付け合わせのグリル野菜も一緒に食べると、こってり感が良い意味でリセットされます。もう一皿のナポチーズバーグは、ナポリタンの上にハンバーグがどーんと乗る背徳感ビジュアル。私が驚いたのは、ナポリタンが“ただのケチャップ味”じゃなくて、トマトの旨味が濃いこと。チーズが絡むと麺がプルッとした感じになって、最後まで飽きにくかったです。途中でタバスコを少し足すと、味が締まっておすすめ。「メニューで迷ったら？」と聞かれたら、初回は鉄板チーズハンバーグ（ソースはガーリック）か、ナポチーズバーグのどちらかは外さないと思います。がっつり派はナポリタン系、肉汁と香り重視ならチーズ×ガーリックが満足度高め。四倉でハンバーグを探している人や、いわき市で“ここ目的で行きたいランチ”を探している人には刺さるはず。海沿いで景色を見て、熱々鉄板でお腹も満たす…という流れがきれいに決まるお店でした。
