I was invited by my second daughter couple as a gift for Father's Day, and I went to "Raw Lamb Rare Grilled Genghis Khan Hitsujiya Chop North Main Store" in Kitamoto!
In fact, we have been eating at Genghis Khan specialty stores since the Sapporo Beer Garden more than 50 years ago (laughs). At that time, mutton was the mainstream, but this time I was surprised by the high-quality raw lamb certified by the Saitama Genghis Khan Association.

Vegetables that have sucked the fat and soup stock of the meat turn into "leading role exquisite" from a simple garnish. Moreover, this Yantama is unbelievable! It was too luxurious to put plenty of vegetables so that they drowned.
