INGREDIENTS

1 Apple

2 tsp of maple syrup

Sprinkle of cinnamon

1-2 scoops of my maple nut protein ice cream (see my other socials)

DIRECTIONS

•Prep your ice cream the night before.

•Chop your apple in half and take out the core.

•Brush with maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon and air fry at 400 for about 10-20 minutes or until soft. (Time depends on air fryer and apple size)

•Top with your ice cream and enjoy!

Macros based on 2 servings with a small scoop of my maple ice cream:

Fat: 1g
