Low sodium Meal

This is a low sodium meal you cook your chicken with a little bit of mustard, praprika, black pepper, lemon, and garlic powder. The asparagus you use the same seasonings but no mustard. For the rice only use two cubes of unsalted butter. And the veggies ontop are cut spinach and lettuce mixed with the seasonings I put ontop NO MUSTARD only on the chicken and then you fry it with the asparagus to your liking.
