I promise it felt like the author of this book wrote this specifically for me. When I tell you EVERYTHING she went over in this book I was able to directly relate to. It was scary. It’s one of those book you’ll probably need to read twice. It’s a quick read and I highly recommend to anyone who struggles with self sabotaging in relationships, friendships, work, etc!
