I thought everyone had an internal monologue…..
The other day I was reading that most people don’t have one!!
I was absolutely baffled because I rationalize to myself in my head all the time. All of my thoughts are verbal. I can clearly “hear” myself speaking internally.
If you don’t have one, I’m curious to know what your thoughts usually are like.
