i’m crying at this sorry
Quarantine was a uniquely challenging time for many of us. Personally, I found myself caught in a whirlwind of emotions, sometimes overwhelmed to the point of tears. The feeling of isolation, the sudden shift in daily routines, and the uncertainty of the future created a rollercoaster of feelings. During quarantine, even the smallest moments could trigger strong emotions—whether it was missing loved ones, or the stress of adapting to new ways of working or learning from home. One thing I realized is how shared experiences during quarantine, like funny memes, heartfelt posts, or even simple conversations online, brought unexpected comfort. The phrase "me during quarantine" perfectly captures our collective mood swings—sometimes laughing hysterically, sometimes crying, and often both at once. This emotional mixture reflects the reality many faced, making these moments deeply relatable. Moreover, the quarantine period taught me the importance of self-care and reaching out for support. Whether through video calls, virtual hangouts, or just sharing your feelings, connection became more crucial than ever. I encourage anyone going through tough times during isolation to embrace these moments and remember they’re not alone. Being authentic about your feelings, including crying or sharing when you're sorry for breaks or emotional days, is a healthy and necessary part of coping. In hindsight, these challenging months also helped many rediscover simple joys, like spending time outdoors safely or picking up new hobbies. So even though the quarantine brought tears, it also brought growth and resilience, which continues to shape how I navigate daily life post-pandemic.
