Doug McCallum plans to introduce a motion November 2 proposing $10,000 fines each time an individual is caught illegally dumping. Companies caught dumping would lose their business licences and face 10-year bans from operating in Surrey. The plan also includes cameras at dumping hotspots and drones to track offenders.
