Hi I was in the hospital……hehe how’s your life

1/20 Edited to

... Read moreBeing hospitalized, even briefly, offers a unique perspective on the value of health and how unpredictable life can be. I recently spent some time at St Luke Hospital, and it really made me appreciate the small things we often take for granted. From the caring medical staff to the quiet moments of reflection, every part of the experience reshaped how I view my daily life. Going through the hospital stay reminded me that while we can't always control what happens to us, we can choose how to respond. Humor, like saying "hehe" in my update, becomes a small but powerful tool to lighten tough moments. Staying connected with friends and sharing updates helps create a support network, making recovery feel less lonely. For anyone going through similar situations, my advice is to focus on the positives—be it the kindness of caregivers or the strength your body shows as it heals. Sometimes, a hospital stay is more than just a medical event; it's an opportunity to pause, reflect, and plan a better path forward. I'm grateful for the care I received at St Luke and the chance to return to everyday joys with a renewed outlook.
