Simple things like good lighting, a clutter-free floor for movement, and upbeat music turned my room into a mini dance studio. Embracing vulnerability throughout this process has been just as important as physical changes. Opening up to myself about struggles and celebrating small wins helped sustain my transformation journey. I encourage anyone starting this path to welcome imperfections and practice self-compassion. If you’re looking for a fun and fulfilling way to achieve your summer body goals, consider making dance a part of your lifestyle.
