It's not just comforting; ginger is a potent anti-inflammatory and known for its nausea-relieving properties, which is a blessing when you're feeling under the weather. And lemon? Hello, Vitamin C! It's an antioxidant powerhouse that truly supports your immune system. I always make mine with fresh ginger slices simmered for a few minutes, then add a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a drizzle of raw honey once it cools slightly. Speaking of honey, a simple Warm Water with Honey is incredibly soothing for a sore throat. Honey has natural antibacterial properties, and it just coats your throat beautifully. I prefer local, raw honey for its added benefits. For a real immune kick, I'm a huge fan of the Cinnamon Turmeric Immune Booster.
