For all recipes: peel & chop up ingredients, juice the ingredients, add the cayenne, mix well in cup, then pour into mini glass bottles. ⁣

Each recipe makes 3-4 bottles (I uzed 2 oz, 60 ml bottles from Amazon). ⁣

The shots are best taken within 5 days or you can freeze for longer use (I recommend freezing in ice cube trays). ⁣
