Read more私が2人目の出産で「陣痛バッグ(すぐ使う)」と「入院バッグ(病室で使う)」を分けて準備してよかったことをまとめます。1人目のときは全部ひとまとめにしてしまい、痛い中で探すのが本当に大変でした…。今回は吊り下げポーチ+圧縮ポーチで“探さない仕組み”を作ったら、入院中かなりラクでした。 ■陣痛バッグに入れてよかった(すぐ使う) ・母子手帳、診察券、スマホ、充電器、飲み物は鉄板 ・ペットボトル用キャップ(ストロー対応タイプ) →陣痛中は起き上がるのもしんどいので、こぼしにくいのが助かりました。帝王切開予定の人も、術後に体を起こしづらいタイミングがあるので用意して損なし。 ・陣痛バッグの食べ物(おすすめ) →ひと口で食べられるゼリー、ラムネ、個包装のチョコ、のど飴。においが強い物はつわりっぽさが戻ることもあって避けました。飲み物はスポドリか麦茶が無難でした。 ■入院バッグに入れて助かったケア系 ・産褥ショーツ(多めが安心) ・おしり拭き(自分用) →悪露の時期にトイレでサッと拭けると快適さが段違いでした。 ・お産用パッドの使い方のコツ →最初は“大きいサイズ+こまめに交換”が安心。寝る前に新しいものに替えておくと、夜の不安が減りました。交換時に手が汚れないよう小さめのゴミ袋も一緒に。 ・着圧ソックス →むくみやすい体質の人は特に。履くタイミングは助産師さんの指示に合わせて。 ・ドライシャンプー、ホットアイマスク、冷却ジェルシート →「今は無理…」って日に心身が少し回復しました。 ・乳頭保護クリーム →授乳が始まると想像以上にダメージがきたので、早めに準備して正解でした。 ■帝王切開の入院バッグで意識したこと ・前開きのパジャマ(腹部に当たりにくい) ・マスク、リップ、最低限のコスメ →写真や面会で気分が上がるので、私は持って行ってよかったです。 ■上の子がいる人:入院中に渡す「手紙」 上の子がいると、こちらの罪悪感が強くなりがちで…。私は「会えない間も大好き」「帰ったら一緒に○○しようね」みたいに短く書いた手紙を用意しました。家族が面会できない日でも、動画や写真と一緒に見せてもらえると子どもも落ち着いたみたいです。 ■バースプランで書いてよかったこと ・痛みが強いときにしてほしい声かけ(例:今何cmか、次に何をするかを短く教えてほしい) ・写真の希望(産後すぐ/カンガルーケアの有無) ・授乳の希望(まずは相談しながら、など) 文章は上手くなくてOKで、「不安なこと」「こうしてもらえると安心」を箇条書きにするだけでも、当日の安心感が全然違いました。 準備って不安をゼロにはできないけど、“痛いときの自分を助ける道具”を先に揃えておくと心が軽くなります。出産が近い人、いっしょに頑張りましょうね。
