lazy lasagna is so easy to make and so yummy! steps to make it are just making regular spaghetti and mixing ricotta cheese in. then put it in a pan and spread cheese on top. put in the over on 350 for like 20 minutes or until the cheese melts!

Type 2 Diabetic Supper

Cabbage and sausage! But with turkey sausage. Cooked down some sliced onions and red bell pepper along with sliced turkey sausage in avocado oil. Added a couple banana peppers for some zing. Added sliced cabbage and some seasonings and a small amount of water. Covered and let cook down.
