Feeling blue about myself lately…

I used to go to the gym all the time and had a good healthy routine i would follow daily. Today, I woke up and decided I was going to change and get back into my old habits. I went the gym for the first time in three weeks and it was scary! But everyone has to start somewhere! I wanted to post to hold myself accountable and just show that it’s ok to feel blue and down because there is always light at the end of the tunnel!🩷🩷🩷
