🧺How to organize life before the new year without tiring ✅??????????

💬 ever feel... At the end of the year, life is all messy.

The whole room, the phone, the mind in the head. 😭

A lot of work. A lot of stuff. The notifications are tight.

The overdue feeling was still not cleared.

And when it comes to New Year's, we want to start again.

But I don't know where to start. ⁉️

💖 this post. How to "organize life before the new year."

No need to be cruel. No need to do it all day. ✅

just do it bit by bit in the right order Life will actually be lighter.

Because organizing isn't just about the house.

It is to provide space for our hearts to breathe. 🧺🎄✨

Anyone who wants to start the new year open, save this post and follow it. 📌

📌 3 zones of life organizing plan to be organized.

-Real space (room / table / bag)

-Digital space (mobile / app / photo / file)

- Area in the head (Target / Overcount / Mind)

Follow this sequence to be the easiest:

Stuff → Digital → Mind Health

📌 Day 1 Keep the Most Living Table / Corner Only 15 Minutes

- Garbage / Package / Non-Use

- Wipe the table clear.

- Drop the "real necessary" stuff only.

This point is important because the table is open = the brain is immediately cleared.

📌 Day 2 Organizer Bag + Daily Carry On

- Pour things out and select "Necessary / Necessary."

- Only real stuff left.

-Refill Essentials: Tissue / Anesthetic / Lip / Hand Wash Gel (By Our Style)

Day 3 Quick Wardrobe Arrangement (No Minimalism Required)

Use the 3-stack rule:

- Wear often (on the front)

-Long put (keep inside)

- No more (Sale / donation / to others)

Trick: If hesitant, "not put more than 1 year" = can be released.

📌 Day 4 Mobile Reset (Already Made Life So Much Better!)

- Delete apps that do not use

-Turn off power-sucking apps (some social)

- Set home screen to the necessary app

- Delete repeated images / images that make us not confident (important!)

📌 Day 5 Clear 10 "Overlaps"

Write down a note saying, "What's that?"

- Reply to the pickled chat

- A friend's night.

- Pay the bill.

- Doctor appointment / dental

- You can do three things first.

Less frog = very light-hearted

📌 Day 6, make time for life (non-pressure)

- Write down three important things that will go on next year.

- Choose "1 small habit" that you can do.

Like a 15-minute walk / 5-page read.

- Set calendar time for 2-3 days / week

Don't change your whole life. Just provide a rhythm.

Day 7 Mind Reset (Soft Reset)

Do these 3 things:

1. Write 3 verses of "What are we proud of ourselves this year?"

2. Write "How do you want to feel next year?" 1 word.

(i.e. calm / confident / healthy)

3. Thank yourself for one sentence and sleep.

1 hour faster

💌 any friends like this kind of contrast. Don't forget to press the fall. In the future, we will find a self-improvement concept to serve to everyone and talk. Let's comment.
