What you're feeling is really normal.
1) January is "Adaptive" month.
Just past the festival.
The body is still tired.
The heart is not in place yet.
This month is not an accelerating month, but a foothold month.
2) The target set may be too big.
Multiple targets:
It takes high power.
Must change the whole set of habits
Not consistent with real life.
Big crotch is not wrong, but it may need to be "sub-alley."
3) We underestimated our own power.
Real life has:
Work
Problems
Tiredness
Surviving every day is considered good.
4) Social makes us think
"Others have gone a long way."
But the truth is:
Everyone has an unequal timeline.
