A year difference and I’m JUST NOW starting to really see a difference

🤍 My Story: I’m a mother of two beautiful girls, on the tail end of an ugly divorce.. and let me tell you these last four years have been a roller coaster to say the least.
🤍 How I Felt: At that time I really felt lost. I felt like I’d lost everything and then on top of that (even knowing I was beautiful) I did not like what I saw in the mirror.
I didn’t like the persons looking back at me. Not only that , I did not recognize that lady ! I made up my mind to start making the choices and changes that felt more inline with who I felt like on the inside .
🤍 My Takeaways: know your WHY . That will keep you grounded in all the chaos. That will keep you disciplined when you don’t have the desire to do anything. It’ll keep you accountable and it’ll keep you honest with yourself.
Life changes can be challenging, especially when navigating personal upheavals like divorce. Many people can relate to the struggle of self-image during tough times. Understanding that you are not alone can be empowering. Building a support system and embracing self-love are crucial steps in the healing process.
