why dont I enjoy things anymore?

I do enjoy what I do but its a slippery slope to doing it too much and getting fatigued.

Ive developed too many connections to get sick of people so I had to remind myself its ok to take a day off.

we all should remind ourselves its ok to have a day to ourselves.
