The idea that 'high Qi leads to lifted cheekbones' resonated with me, connecting the physical to an inner vitality. My experience with the 3-step routine mentioned earlier has been transformative, but I've also picked up some extra insights that I believe supercharge the process. For instance, when it comes to *relaxing the mid-face*, I've found that incorporating a warm compress beforehand can really help melt away tension.
