Since I shared my 5-minute facial routine, so many of you have asked for more tips, especially on how to really target specific areas like under the eyes or even *abdominal drainage*! Trust me, incorporating these little extras can make a huge difference. For those stubborn *puffy eyes*, after you've done your general facial massage, try this: using your ring finger (it has the lightest touch!), gently make small circles starting from the inner corner of your eye, moving outwards towards your temples, and then lightly glide back along your brow bone. Repeat this 3-5 times. Remember, the skin here is super delicate, so be extra gentle! This really helps to move stagnant fluid that contributes to those tired-looking bags. And what about that initial step *behind the ear*? It's so important! That V-shape motion isn't just for show. It helps open up the lymph nodes located there, priming the system for drainage. Think of it as opening the floodgates before you start pushing the water. Then, when you move your knuckles down from your jawline along your *neck towards your collarbone*, you're guiding all that fluid towards the major lymphatic ducts in your clavicle area. This is where your body can effectively process and remove toxins. I always feel a distinct sense of relief in my neck and shoulders after focusing on this area. Now, let's talk about something many of you have been curious about: *lymphatic drainage for the abdomen*! While my original routine focused on the face, I've found a simple abdominal lymphatic massage technique that feels incredibly soothing and can help with bloating. Lying down comfortably, use the flats of your hands to make gentle, circular motions around your belly button, moving clockwise. Apply very light pressure – you're not massaging muscles, just stimulating the lymph just beneath the skin. Then, with both hands, gently sweep upwards from your pubic bone towards your ribcage, then sweep from your sides inwards towards the center. Finish by sweeping downwards towards your groin.
