My Gastric Sleeve experience

Almost 3 years ago, I made the decision to have gastric sleeve surgery 💙. Unfortunately, I didn’t take care of myself the way I should have, and I regained all the weight 😔. If I could go back in time, I would focus on building healthier eating habits and staying active 🥗🏃‍♀️.

Despite that, it was still one of the best decisions I’ve ever made—I just didn’t hold up my end 💪. Now, I’m taking it one step at a time to get back on track and take care of myself 🌟.

Follow me on my weight loss journey as I work toward a healthier, happier version of me! 🌸✨💕

I can relate to your situation as well. I had the sleeve done in 2015. By 2017 I gained the weight back due to health issues and medications that I was on. I went back to the same surgeon that originally did my sleeve and had a long (father-daughter) talk with him, lol. He said that he would do the revision-sleeve for me, but it would be the first and last time. I understood the assignment, committed to the program and still till this day eat 4oz per meal, with no exercise and down to 144lbs from 200lbs. With this I would like to encourage you to get re-sleeved. Be open and honest with your doctor, commit to the program and you will conquer. I guarantee it!! Blessings Luv!!
