One of my favorite parts about decorating has been weaving little pieces of my past into my space! It makes everything feel so much more personal and meaningful.
🐰 Crochet Bunny: My aunt made me a crochet bunny some years ago, and it still has a special spot in my home. It’s one of my favorite reminders of family and handmade love!
🪞 Childhood Dresser: I still use my childhood dresser, but I gave it a little grown-up refresh by swapping the knobs for something a little more unique. It’s originally from IKEA and it’s functional, sentimental, and a perfect blend of old and new!
🍪 Family Recipe: Above my stove I hung my mom’s cookie recipe, framed as kitchen art. Not only does it look cute, but it also makes me smile every time I see it 😊
In my opinion it’s these little nostalgic touches that transform a house into a home. 💛
