How I am getting out of my rut!!

I’m haven’t really been feeling like myself lately so I thought maybe it’s time for me to get out of this rut I’m stuck in!!

Bringing Gods word back into my life has truly changed me and I definitely feel the difference when I’m not actively in the word!

I am also doing no social media (TikTok and instagram) both have been deleted to detox and give myself time to step away from my phone.

Reconnecting with God’s word has been a grounding force for me, providing perspective and encouragement when I feel overwhelmed or stuck. Starting each day with scripture-reading helps center my thoughts and refocuses me on what truly matters. In addition to spiritual practice, I found it crucial to minimize distractions and unhealthy habits that drain my energy. Deleting TikTok and Instagram was a major step—it allowed me to detox from constant scrolling and comparison that can heighten feelings of stagnation. Without the noise of social media, I gained more time and mental space to invest in activities that bring me joy and peace. Getting back to the gym was another important piece. Physical activity not only boosts my mood but also reinforces a sense of accomplishment. Even when motivation feels low, just showing up and moving my body helps break the cycle of inertia. Alongside exercise, adopting healthy eating habits supports my overall well-being and energy levels, creating a positive feedback loop. Lastly, bringing fun hobbies back into my life—like using my Polaroid camera—adds creativity and lightheartedness that counterbalance the stress of daily routines. Financial stability is another crucial goal I’m working toward, which adds a sense of control and security. To anyone feeling stuck, I highly recommend a holistic approach: nourish your spirit, detox from harmful influences, move your body, and do what lights you up. It’s a journey with ups and downs, but small consistent steps create meaningful progress.
