First week as a preschool teacher year 2

Im thinking of posting teacher/ college/ day in the life’s content soooo Heres just some about me:

- I’m in my senior year of college to get my bachelors degree in early childhood special education.

- I work as a preschool teacher of 8 of my newest besties!

- I have 3 kittys that are my real children, no debate.

- I’m really trying to spend this year doing things that make me happy, get me closer to completing my goals and healing. The truama and pain doesn’t get to be the end of me.

- I am a Christian and I work at a Christian school. I love getting to share the gospel with my little friends.

- I love all things Disney, reading, driving with tunes blasting, learning new things, going on adventures, obsessed with crocs and energy drinks and can be found with my people.

Starting a second year as a preschool teacher while pursuing a bachelor's degree in early childhood special education provides a unique blend of practical experience and academic learning. Preschool teaching is a rewarding yet challenging profession that requires patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of child development. Engaging with eight young learners daily allows teachers to nurture social skills, emotional growth, and foundational academic concepts. Balancing college studies and teaching responsibilities also demands strong time-management skills and dedication. The senior year in college often involves intensive coursework and preparation for professional certification, making hands-on experience invaluable. Working at a Christian school and integrating faith into teaching offers an added dimension of purpose. Sharing values and gospel teachings with young children can help build their moral foundation alongside cognitive development. Beyond the professional sphere, self-care and pursuing happiness amidst trauma and healing play crucial roles in maintaining a positive mindset. Hobbies such as enjoying Disney, reading, driving with music, and social connections enhance personal well-being. Pets, like beloved kitties, often provide comfort and companionship, contributing to emotional health. Personal interests that bring joy, including favorite footwear and energizing drinks, reflect individuality and help sustain energy during busy days. Overall, the dual path of being a preschool teacher and a college student in early childhood education underscores the importance of passion for teaching, resilience through challenges, and maintaining balance through faith and personal pursuits.
