I have a 3 years old , he wake up at 7am , but he nap around 11 am , then he eat lunch have fun and grabbed some some snack then second nap comes up around 5:30 pm , it's very important for little toddlers to nap during that day . but also always offering them a good meals .

We might not get snow for Christmas this year… but at least we’ve got our own little snowman ❄️⛄️✨ This sparkly sensory bottle has been such a fun winter calm down tool for my toddler. Sensory bottles are amazing for focus, emotional regulation, and giving little hands something fun to explore.
