SAVE THIS KETO RECIPE

These are delicious! They cook well and the texture is very fluffy!

1. Beat your eggs on high for 2 min until fluffy

2. Add vanilla, coconut oil, zero cal sweetener and softened cream cheese

3. Then add in almond flour and baking powder.

Note: I accidentally added more baking powder than the recipe called for and I think it helped make them stay together better. So I would honestly add 1TBSP but you can follow the recipe as is. I also added a little more vanilla extract. This recipe will make about 8-10oz. I stored mines in a pancake pourer which will be perfect for quick waffles during my work week.
