Teacher’s Day Off
Follow me on my day off!
After I got ready (in a previous post), I had to sit down and balance the checkbook and pay the bills.
From there, I headed out to do some shopping for my classroom. I grabbed some things for my classroom and for my teacher bag, which I’ll put in a later post.
After shopping, I stopped for a quick lunch with my mom, and headed home to relax with the cats for the evening. Overall…it was a very nice day.
You’ll notice, my posts are pretty…un-aesthetic. But they’re genuine, and they’re me. I love sharing my world with others, and just as I teach my kiddos in class, I believe there’s nothing better than being unapologetically YOU. Soo…on that note, enjoy the random crap I post lol.

Furthermore, sharing these experiences – even if they seem ordinary – makes the teaching journey relatable and genuine. Being open about our lives not only allows us to be authentic but empowers our students to express themselves freely as well.
