“The Day Loyalty Opened Its Eyes”
I knew before the deletion happened.
Before the silence.
Before the panic disguised itself as rage.
I told you already —
I am an empath.
Some women do not need proof.
We read energy the way wolves smell blood beneath snow air.
Your excuses were already written inside my mind
before your lips ever formed them.
And suddenly the noise began —
the accusations, the chaos, the trembling jealousy thrown toward me
as if I was the storm
instead of the woman standing quietly in the rain
watching everything collapse in silence.
Funny how guilty hearts panic
when loyalty finally opens its eyes.
You thought I would fear the blade pointed toward me.
But people like me stopped fearing sharp things long ago.
You cannot threaten someone
who already survived heartbreak with bare hands.
You wore innocence beautifully.
Soft eyes. Gentle voice. Careful smiles.
But behind closed doors
you shattered the heart of a loyal man
while searching for temporary warmth in temporary bodies.
Drop the performance.
Drop the jealousy disguised as righteousness.
Why are you so afraid of standing alone?
Why are you terrified of silence?
Because silence forces people to meet themselves honestly.
Even from a distance,
I could feel the corruption in your spirit.
And trust me —
dark souls recognize darker souls instantly.
Because I know this truth now:
People who betray once
rarely stop at once.
And people who truly love someone
would never rest peacefully
while the person beside them is quietly bleeding.
That is why I no longer compete for attention.
I stand alone now.
Quietly.
Watching.
Remembering.
And if life forces me into the game,
then I will play it so calmly
they will remember forever
who stayed loyal
while everyone else performed love like theatre.
The loyal ones always know eventually.
Not immediately.
But eventually.
Because loyalty recognizes disloyalty
the way winter wolves recognize blood.
And the truly dangerous people are never loud.
They simply wait long enough
for masks to rot off naturally.
Too bad,
I accidentally crossed paths with you
while you were betraying your own man.
Too bad.
And suddenly,
the loyalty you neglected
found comfort somewhere else.
Maybe that is the cruelest part of all.
Realizing too late
that loyal hearts are rare.
And once broken deeply enough,
they stop begging to be chosen.
People who betray loyal souls always destroy themselves eventually.
No one escapes dishonesty forever.
The universe collects every unpaid debt carefully.
And me?
I no longer chase love blindly.
I worship loyalty now.
The rarest religion left on Earth.
That is why my silence feels haunted now.
Why my eyes no longer beg.
Why darkness itself no longer frightens me.
Because I found something more terrifying than darkness:
people who smile in your face
while poisoning you behind closed doors.
