OOTD of a Clinic Manager (Meeting Edition)

Once a month I have to attend meetings for the first half of the day.

During these meetings all managers from my company from different departments come together along with our directors or HR and our CEO.

Usually there's a workshop today we touched based on "Emotional Intelligence" we get an opportunity to work together through different points of view and scenarios.

During our second portion just us managers stay and we talk with our clinic ops team abs are given clinic updates and new procedures to take back to our clinic teams!

Today was head shot day so they wanted us to dress up this is what I came up with given that it is currently 14 degrees in Chicago 💁🏻‍♀️

✨Outfit Details:

Top: Target $8.00

Bottoms: Ross $16.99

Shoes: Walmart ankle booties $24.99

Blazer: Discovery Clothing $21.99

... Read moreAttending meetings as a clinic manager requires balancing professionalism and personal style, especially on events like headshot day. It’s essential to choose pieces that are not only fashionable but also comfortable, particularly in colder climates. For a meeting that involves emotional intelligence workshops and team updates, a polished outfit can enhance confidence and leave a lasting impression. Here are some key tips for creating the perfect OOTD: 1. **Layers Are Your Best Friend**: Given the unpredictable weather, layering can help you stay warm while providing flexibility to adapt your look. Consider a tailored blazer paired with a cozy sweater underneath. 2. **Incorporate Comfortable Footwear**: Since meetings can often require standing or walking, it's crucial to choose shoes that maintain both style and comfort. Ankle booties, like the ones featured in this outfit, are a great choice. 3. **Accessorize Smartly**: Simple yet elegant accessories can elevate your outfit without overwhelming your appearance. A statement necklace or classic earrings can add a touch of sophistication. 4. **Prioritize Fit**: Ensure that all your clothing fits well, as ill-fitting pieces can look unprofessional. Tailored clothes enhance your figure and provide a sharp appearance. When it comes to outfit inspiration for work-related events, mixing and matching from budget-friendly stores like Target, Ross, and Walmart ensures you look great without breaking the bank. Reflect your personality while adhering to a professional dress code.
