EASIEST HEALTHY MEAL MY TODDLER WILL ACTUALLY EAT

There are some meals where I make a whole home cooked meal, but lunch is usually not one of them 😂. While my toddler is eating is usually when I get stuff done in the kitchen that needs to be done like dishes etc so it’s nice not to have a bunch of lunch clean up that I have to start with that takes away time from other stuff I need to get done.

This said, I definitely do not want to make something less healthy just because I need to make a quick meal! This is why this is one of my favorite go to meals for her because it’s super easy and quick all while staying healthy 😊
