I gave birth to a girl.
This is the second birth for me.
ever since i got pregnant, i've been eating and staring at the scale.

私も2回の出産を経験しましたが、経産婦ならではの出産の unpredictability（予測できなさ）が本当に印象的でした。今回の方のように前駆陣痛か本陣痛か分からず、入院しても出産までに時間がかかることも珍しくありません。特に2人目以降は積極的に促進剤を使う病院も多く、自然な陣痛の開始を待っているうちに体力を消耗してしまうこともあるので、医療スタッフの判断を信頼することが安心につながります。 また、体重計とにらめっこしながら食べづわりを乗り切るのは私もよく 分かります。妊娠中の体重管理はストレスも伴いますが、無理なく続けられる工夫やパートナーの応援が大事ですね。筆者が述べているように、夫の「お疲れ様」の一言や支えは心の支柱となり、夫婦の絆も深まる瞬間だと思います。 さらに、会陰切開のフルセットが必要になったケースは決して珍しくなく、上の子より小さくても切開になる場合もあります。出産時の体調や胎児の状態によって異なるので、一概に予測できない点が出産の難しさです。私自身も会陰切開を経験しましたが、今は出産の大変さも赤ちゃんに会えた喜びも鮮明に思い出せて、ママとして成長できた実感があります。 加えて今回の投稿では「子育て毎日がドラマ」「独特な我が子」など、育児の新たなステージが始まるワクワク感が伝わってきます。出産レポートに加え、育児のリアルな体験談を重ねていけば、同じようにこれから出産や育児を迎える人たちにとっても貴重な心強い情報源になるはずです。
