From my own experience, and what I've learned, walking is an absolute game-changer. It’s not flashy, but it’s incredibly effective, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed or like your body has forgotten what movement feels like. The idea isn't to break records or push yourself to exhaustion. It’s about reintroducing movement in a way that feels good and sustainable. Here’s how I approach it, and what I’d suggest if you're in a similar boat: Start Small, Stay Consistent: Don't aim for an hour-long power walk on day one. Begin with 10-15 minutes around your neighborhood. The goal is consistency, not intensity. A short walk every day or every other day is far more beneficial than one massive workout that leaves you sore and discouraged for a week.
