Strawberry & Banana Oats Yogurt Breakfast Recipe

Probably the best yogurt bowl I’ve made at home!

Ingredients:

• Greek yogurt

• Strawberries

• 1 banana

• 1/2 cup oats

• Honey

• Chocolate chips

• Salt

• Cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

1. On a plate, mash banana. Mix a dash of salt and cinnamon. In small amounts at a time, mix in 1/2 cups of oats. Stir well.

2. On the stove, heat up a non-stick pan (or add a very small amount of oil to a pan). Add the oat mixture. Let fry over a low temperature, scrambling until it turns golden brown.

3. In a bowl, assemble Greek yogurt with cut strawberries and chocolate chips. Add in the warm oats. Drizzle with honey. Enjoy!

Additional Notes: Place the warm oats on top of the chocolate chips to soften them/melt them. It makes the bowl even better!
